They were out of SO many entree items. But, the rotisserie chx was good and seasoned well. The broccoli was cold and was totally unseasoned…not even salt. The macaroni and cheese was 1/2 watery liquid (like cheese soup) and was barely warm. My daughter’s crispy chicken was very tiny, 5-6 bites worth. Teeny, tiny portions, overall. The whole experience was not how I remembered Boston Market being. Management/corporate, please hire some help, as the lady at the register was very stressed and expressed this to us that she had no time to make the items. At this rate, this restaurant may not make it.

I haven’t had Boston Market in 3 or 4 years and it is just as great as I remember. The rotisserie chicken with Mac and cheese and cream spinach is my go to. The corn bread is top notch as well.

We felt bad that lady has to do everything herself. She had some jerk running his mouth the whole time then he just left his food on the table and stormed out. She was doing the best she could, repeatedly apologized, and was very nice and to the point like my Grandma was. Our food was fine. Being she was the only person working we got our food quickly. Was it the best Boston Market food I ever had no, but the last time I had it was in Philly 8+ years ago? I do not know the standards now, but the Philly location had a whole team of workers back then not 1 person. I would be surprised if that place is still open the next time we are in Hamburg which is more than 2 times a year.

We stopped by on Sunday May 7 as we do not see too many Boston Markets around and usually enjoy a lot. No meatloaf, no biggie as it does happen. Food was barely ok -not sure what the sauces really were on the chicken. Place was dirty with sticky floors and many tables not cleaned. Sweet potato casserole was good though. Overall, not going back. This exit off I78 does not seem to have good luck for us with meals.

I am very very disgusted and disappointed!!!! They gave me a microwaved chicken patty that looked old, lettuce was old! I feel sick to my stomach! They have the Boston market logo but this is definitely not Boston market!! I will never ever go eat here again! This place deserves to be closed down! ♂️

Sadly this location needs serious help! The employees seemed clueless no overhead music playing at all. There were out of a lot including extra plates , Mac and cheese.. my food was sadly cold the spinach I once loved not so good room temp no brown sugar or marshmallows on my sweet potatoes both you pay extra for.

This was my first time eating at any Boston Markets. First impression was not good. Opening the door, the handle was falling off. When we walked in the floor had dirty shoe prints and debris all over. One of the monitors that have the menu on them was broke. They were out of most of the drink options. After ordering we sat down and realized how quiet the place was. They had speakers on the ceiling but no music playing, not a deal breaker but strange. When our food arrived it looked good but looks can be deceiving. I ordered a half garlic and herb chicken, mashed potatoes and corn. The chicken was tender and juicy but had a pile of seasoning on top of it, not good. The mashed potatoes and gravy were bland and the corn was thawed and put in a bowl. Oh I forgot to mention, no salt or pepper at the tables. Would I go back? HELL NO
