Probably the best pizza around downtown Des Moines if not the entire city. Had not been here since nursing school in 2005. Very happy we decided to stop for lunch after my brother picked me up from the airport. Still reasonably priced and made to order. Thin crust is the best in my opinion. Support local!!

Looking for a quick bite? Why not try a late night pizza slice. Their sauce is amazing. I forgot how thick and robust it is. I’m a simple girl. Pepperoni, but they have a ton of unique flavor pairings, including honey and jalapeño. They are much smaller than I remember (traditional slice slice) cause they used to be huge. Take out only, no eat in. I tried a couple different pizzas. The Combination on honey wheat crust and Canadian Bacon on the herbal white crust. The canadian bacon had a good balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings but the white crust was a little on the bland side. The Combination I thought was a little too strong on the mushroom and onions but the honey wheat crust had much better flavor. My recommendation would be Canadian Bacon on the honey wheat crust. I’ll definitely be coming back for that!

Pizza was really great and worth the wait. We ordered 1/2 potato and onion ring, 1/2 chili dog pizza, and a 4 cheese pizza. I wish parking was better in the area because there are some really great places. We were lucky to find a spot. $2 delivery and tip would be worth it when we try more, but I would also like to go after 10pm to buy a slice.

Never had a chance to try it. Ordered via phone at 8:45pm. Gave up at 10:45pm. Delivery driver never came. Called back multiple times and was told they were on their way. Shame the driver never actually called to update me; they had my number.

Not sure what happened as it’s been a little bit since my last visit. The pizza was burnt, the Italian fries were almost non-existent not sure if they ran out of ingredients or someone’s first night on the job. I never mind paying more for a quality product but can’t say it’s the quality it used to be so probably won’t be making it back downtown just for this as it’s not worth the trip or money.

Ordered 2, 12 inch and got 2, 5.5 inch and not even trying to fix the situation. $54 for 11 inch pizza pretty much. Don’t waste time money or the Hassel with this place. Dominos is better

If this app would let me I would give this establishment a negative 100. In our full order, we got 8 Italian Fries, they were hard as bricks, as if they were cooked much earlier in the day and set out all day and hardened. Last time we got a whole pizza box full of Italian Fries for $11.25 ♀️ The calzone was not much better…needless to say we threw it all away.we were told it would be 15-20 min wait. It ended up being a 40 min wait.
