This Marco’s Pizza was good, much better than the ones I’ve had in the past. We ordered carry out, the place was empty but it looked clean. As far as the pizza goes, my bf ordered half ground beef with jalapeños and my half had pepperoni mushrooms and black olives. My bf was complaining about there was little sauce on his side, but my side was good. It’s was good but not the best pizza we’ve ever had.

I order a pizza on 07/24/2023… I checked my statement this morning where, they charged my card full price for my pizza, the kicker here, I paid 4.86 on my card and paid balance I cash.$20, when called back, they told me they don’t give credit back on charges from cc…. They told me they will give me a store credit. That’s robbery, they got paid twice, now I gotta pay a negative balance on my account. You be nice and get food from them and then the thanks for coming turns to stealing .smh

Ordered the meat lovers pizza bowl. It was so good. A lot of meat and it was tasty. I would see if I could substitute the bacon for mushrooms the next time. It had pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon and ham. It was a little salty to ME but not overly. I just don’t do a lot of salty stuff which is why I said I would try to substitute mine the next time. But even if I couldn’t I would still get it again. $7.99 and you could feed 2 people.

On 1/16/23 @ 6:22pm, I order a chicken Caesar chicken salad with olives, a calzone and a ham and cheese sub. I received an Italian chef salad loaded with onions so I called store #5114 about the mix up and was told by the “manager/delivery driver” the item he delivered to me was correct upon delivery. I stated I have my receipt clearly showing I ordered a caesar salad. *I’m allergic to onions so I wouldn’t order anything with them* I ask if they could bring what I ordered out and was told he had 2 deliveries to do and couldn’t guarantee he could come back. I asked for a refund or store credit instead for just the salad. I was told they can’t just give my money back and no store credit is allowed. He stated that it’s also corporate policy not to give refunds unless the entire order is given back. He was rude the entire time so I just decided to cut my loss and hang up. The food is great but this experience was not. Will not be dealing with Marco’s again.

Ordered the steak and cheese sub.. sent my son to pick it up. They did not put the sun in the bag. Finally got the sun and it was a Mushroom sub NO steak. Don’t order this sub or stop by this location. I ask them to not put mushrooms on the sub but add green peppers! Don’t waste your time or money!

Horrible!!!! Order 2 pizzas both wrong. Then the manager argues with me. Don’t go here!!!!!!!!!!!! Was suppose to have a pizza with cauliflower crust and white sauce and chicken. Received regular crust, no sauce, and no chicken.

If i could rate 0 i would my order never got delivered and when i called the manager blamed me and hung up on me she refused to give her name as well i am 8 months pregnant and had an issue just last week on april 17, 2023. Im not sure what this stores problem is but this is unacceptable. Upon calling back the store refused to answer and the manager refused to refund my order as well. This is store 5114 on elms next to shoemaker highschool. I use to br the assistant GM to this location in 2019 and am utterly embarrassed by the new franchise owners and staff to treat their customers this way. After calling back and being on hold for over 30 minutes the “manager” evette answered finally with an attitude which is completely uncalled for at 12 in the afternoon. This store has completely gone downhill and i wish i could speak directly to the owner.

The food is so delicious. I didn’t give a 5 star because this last time most slices had 1 pepperoni on it!! I stopped eating there for a good while because of this and now again. Idc if I’m paying full price, discount or sale price, I expect to get pepperonis on a pepperoni pizza.

I used to love this location ordered weekly but my last 3 orders have been a disaster, under cooked pizzas and dough, ordering family salads and getting the small ones and they can’t even cut up the meat,cheese and veggies and no dressing. The lack of service and care from the staff is sad at best.
