Walked in and store was completely empty except for my boyfriend and I. Wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged as we ordered and sat at a table covered in salt and a loose eyelash. They called our order and one of our sandwiches was wrong, no biggie, they fixed it immediately and gave us a fresh one instead. Then my boyfriend went to the men’s restroom and saw two of the employees (they had on the uniform) one sitting on the counter and one sitting on the trash can smoking something with a strong scent. I’ve come here for breakfast before and it’s a different crew that’s a lot more respectful and welcoming, so I would definitely recommend coming in the morning instead.

I went to pick up my mobile app order, first the guy said that they had no fries and then after making me wait 15 mins, he came back and said he couldn’t get my order to pull up and wouldn’t give me any food after I had paid for it. Or cancel my order so now I have to go without eating after work and I will be calling tomorrow for a refund because now they took my money but I have no food. You need to hire better employees

Super disappointed! Took our order waited ten minutes to get it . Within the ten minutes they left the drive thru window open and cussed the entire time , told me they couldn’t make sweet tea or lemonade so i chose water but still had to wait for the drinks. We received our food but it was the wrong order . Turned around to get it fixed and they told us to pull up so we did , then When brought us our food they banged on our window. And then again received the wrong order !!! Then the drive through cashier was yelling at the car behind us. Will not be returning during night shift that’s for sure !

Went in 12:30 Saturday to eat inside. EVERY table was dirty, and I was the only person inside. An older woman and her grandson came in after me. She asked for a wet rag from the kid that took her order. They gave her the rag and watched her walk through the restaurant and wipe all the tables down. The boy running food outside to parked vehicles grabbed two “tents” left on the tables and let her finish wiping the tables down. These young kids have no clue what work is. If you’re a manager of this location…..do better or let someone else do it.

The people are always nice but we are ALWAYS missing items when we distribute the food at home. Like this last time we were supposed to have 5 large drinks but instead only got 2 small and 2 large. Along with that we didn’t get any sauce for the kids nuggets, didn’t get 2 of the large fries and two of the other fries were mediums AND we didn’t get the fish sandwich. We are always missing items. All that adds up to a lot of money that we spend when we don’t get all our items. Very dissatisfied every single time.

I wanted to pay cash, and they would not ring me up. They said to use the kiosk, but I had cash. They were too busy to take my order. I was a paying customer too, but they didn’t care. So I left with a hungry family and no food!!!! Way 2 Go McDonald’s of Joshua. Not the 1st time I’ve been disappointed by this lication.
