They have excellent ice cream items and their food is not bad either. Their take out service could be improved because it is not uncommon to have lines of cars waiting for over half an hour to pick up their items. In such a case it would be advised that people park their car and walk inside because at that point they can often get their order filled in 5 to 10 minutes instead of possibly 35 to 40 minutes. So if it is a hot day outside and you are looking for something cool give them a try for their fantastic ice cream flavors.

They have very good Frozen desserts and snacks. Their burgers are also very good. They offer drive up, pick up, walk in service. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. There are times when you may wish to pick up your order inside because the drive-thru lane can become very long and you may spend half an hour waiting in line in the drive up lane when you can go in and get it in 5 minutes or less. For sure you should check them out.

Don’t understand why the sign on the business door says that closed at 10 but you go there at 9 pm and they are closed Mattoon dairy queen opens at 9am and closed at 10 pm guess we will start driving over there.

My wife and I have eaten here several times and the food is always cooked fresh. The fries always crispy and the service great. This location is usually pretty busy when we go and weather we hit the drive thru or go inside, we always receive our order rather quickly. We did receive the incorrect order once in the drive thru but the staff was good about correcting the issue quickly.

I rate a 2 went there last tuesday,at 4pm ordered a large pumpkin pie shake hardly any pumpkin pie flavor or spice at all.So today exactly 1 week later went for a large pumpkin pie blizzard,exactly the same way ..but this time they decided to add Reeses cups.. Sorry with some of the ice cream prices going up at least can I get the flavor I ordered.
