Friendly cashier and the place was well kept. Food tasted good, only downside is the prices. I remember 20 years ago when the chain had the 12 & a pound deal… 12 tacos and a pound of oles for $10…. went down to 6 before they got rid of it.

Got a super potato ole with no beans no guacamole extra sour wand extra both cheeses when I got home to eat it there was no meat on it. I called and because the person I was with left and I had no ride to bring it back they said they would look at the cameras. They called me back and said they put meat on it wish I was able to post a pic of it you can clearly see there is no meat.

This is the second time that I have ordered nachos from taco John’s and honestly cannot believe how little the amount of cheese they give. It cost a lot of money to eat out nowadays and you should get what you pay for at least I don’t know if I can add the video, but if I can, I’m going to put it up I have to always order extra nacho cheese in a cup in order to make sure that my nachos even has cheese on it. This is the worst, it’s ever been seriously will never go back again. It’s a shame I used to actually work there years and years ago when I was younger and they wrote everything on paper. We took care of our customers. Make sure everybody was happy. This is ridiculous.

Can’t wait to try this place myself! I snagged some of my babes potatoes ole and they were the best! My honey said the tacos were really good, though when I asked for chicken I figured it’d be fried and it was grilled. Which is ok, we will make sure to order differently next time. New to town and they were sooo sweet and patient when helping me inside! I wish I remember the young guys name (cashier) and one of the lady cooks. Everyone had a great attitude and I was just really grateful for the great experience.

I have no clue what the “watery” substance is inside my taco, but it’s gross. The shell is even “wet”. I’ve been here twice and twice they have messed up on my food. No tomatoes generally means, no tomatoes. And serving tacos with “watery” substance in them is beyond unacceptable. And when I called, the manager acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Just come back and have it re-made. No thanks.

Taco johns was locked only drive through is open which makes absolutely no sense unless their short staffed like most places these days. I got the steak and potato burrito it taste good but it wasn’t nice to bite into a huge piece of hard cartledge.
