These wings are defined as “NAKED AND AFRAID” ! I had some wings a few days ago at this Zaxby’s 2241 Murfreesboro rd. 2 weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised. My daughter informed me to get the Buffalo Garlic Sauce you’ll like it. They were great and tonight I was craving thise wings but whoa….I’m not happy ….therefore my nickname for these are ” Naked n Afraid ” wings..they look naked and I’m afraid to eat them cuz they’re tinier than the sauce packet kind of wrong….Chaz, Justin please address this I’m sure you will… these look like C-Class wings versus B or A. Always a problem. Missing sauce, only 2 out of 3 chicken strips. Sometimes I’ll get a crusty burnt up chicken strip. Fries when ordered extra crispy are just as soggy as normal. Food is way over priced for the quality and quantity of food you get. This place is a disaster.

I ordered thru app, when I arrived no one was in line and I was told I needed to come in because it was easier for them…? Our order included cheese curds, the most pitiful order ever received, obviously not fresh and throw. Back in fryer to heat up as most had no actual cheese inside. Pathetic ugh

I was looking for a different chicken sandwich food chain that’s popular there in the south and a local man told me about Zaxbys said he likes it better. It was nearby so we took his recommendation and tried it. I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich and crinkle cut fries. my sandwich was so moist and tender, great flavors.

Food was room temperature. Obviously I received the end of the batch on both fingers and fries. Chicken was very dry, tough and old. Fries had no seasoning on them, were hard. I asked for a water and was ignored because I paid for a soda cup. I don’t drink sodas. Kitchen crew, very unsanitary, running their fingers through their hair, goofing off, and cussing. One other employee told them to be quiet but got laughed at. Zaxbys is always my first choice for good fast food. I keep giving this location too many chances to make it right. I think next time, I will drive a longer distance and go to a different location.

great, never gets my order wrong or forgets my extra sauce. a little stingy on fries for it being $3 on grub-hub and doordash for a regular, and my order is usually cold but nonetheless still good.
