Usually I love China A Go Go especially this location but today wasn’t really a great experience. I ordered my normal egg flour soup and sadly it was lukewarm/ cold accompanied by stale wontons. Usually it’s super hot and comes with fresh wontons but today was just a super disappointment. I’m not one of those people that sends food back to the kitchen so I just ate half and then took the rest home to heat up and eat later. I still love China A Go Go, they have great prices and great food but I probably won’t patronize this location anymore. I’ve been to this location on super busy days with a lobby full of people and still received fresh hot food. So to come on a slow day and time and receive cold food kinda sucks. But none the less, the staff was friendly and the lobby was clean as always so I gave two stars.

Been here handful of times and its been good each time. I have never had an issue with the customer service. Only once my appetizer was wrong, got pot stickers instead of paper chicken. I didn’t notice til I got home and did not make a big deal out of it. They accommodated me when I wanted extra shrimp in the won ton soup, which was nice of them, for a few more $$. Also give me big sauce cup when I ask for extra s&s sauce. I usually get the orange chicken which is good each and every time. My moms fave is the sesame beef..let me tell you that is some good stuff. I’m also a big fan of the kung pao combo. Love the portions they give. Will continue being a customer.

All I can say is that I haven’t order food from this place until this last Saturday, I was over priced I ask how much was each entrée and the man in the cash register got really rude and unprofessional and started yelling at me because he said he cook alot of food for me and it was becuase he didn’t understand my order over the phone. I’m not trying to be rude or anything but I think the language barrier has alot to do woth it, they need to have someone that understands english and be fluently too becuse he didn’t understand me.

This was my second day in a row but China a a Go Go and we’ll since I really loved it the first time I tried it well I was like why not again today. So delicious so ready to enjoy and then I smelt it kinda funny well thought not much of it but as I poked at it I seen this … I really really pray that this isn’t rotten chicken… but if I see it green with spots then I’m going to assume it is rotten. I totally lost my appetite and I was going to feed my babies some of what I thought was delicious fresh food.

Terrible Service! The health department stopped by apparently and everyone stopped cooking. Our food was halfway done and sat there for an hour before we had the complete order. Not only that, but when we asked what was going to be done, a “manager” hung the phone up on us! Completely rude and unprofessional.

WHEN I CALLED THEM I WAS TOLD ” IM “TOO PICKY”,& HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES!” IF I CHOOSE TO OMIT SOMETHING, I AM THE 1 $PAYING , $..THE CUSTOMER .!. They ripped me off. I ordered six egg rolls and they only delivered two also I ordered wonton soup and when they delivered it in a bag it was spilled all over the place. The egg rolls I received were the size of pencils for three dollars a peace and the soup was eight dollars. It was a total waste. I will never buy from them again. The delivery took over an hour. Don’t waste your money and buy from some other Chinese restaurant.
