We loved everything about this place. My wife and I came here for our 31st wedding anniversary. I had the salmon and my wife had a steak plus dessert. The food and the service were exceptional.

Very nice lunch. I had the Halibut special, my son had the Chilean Sea Bass special, and my wife had the Veal Medallions. My son said his was the best fish that he ever tasted. Mine was excellent and my wife enjoyed hers. We are not from the area, and found the water to have a strange taste. The bread was also excellent, however, they charge you extra if you request a refill of the bread. They brought 4 small pieces for 3 people (which included 2 large men), hence one star off. Also, based on what we were told, deserts are not made in house.

This was a great restaurant. Really somewhere between a 4 and 5 star. Server was very friendly. No idea how he was able to rattle off so much info about the specials. Drinks were good. Food was good. Solid experience all around.

I came on a busy night and ended up getting the last open table without a reservation. I started off with the escargot which had a great flavor. Meals also came complimentary with bread and a house salad. For my entree I ordered the ravioli Saint Tropez. The sauce was really tasty and the food was reasonably priced.

We must have visited on an off night. We had a 7 pm reservation and waited 15 minutes for our table. We then waited 10-15 minutes for our server to appear. Had to ask for a wine list. At 7:40 our appetizers came. Food was tasty. Drink refills were never offered.

After hearing so much about this place, for me, the experience was average. Certainly nothing to complain about but not a place I am likely to rush back to.

The only reason this place has such great reviews is because most people in Tyler think Tradition’s is fine dining. Whataburger has better food and service then this place. The atmosphere and ambience is lipstick on a pig, beautiful but can’t mask the truth that comes from the kitchen. Chris at the bar was amazing but unfortunately his friendliness didn’t make up for Danielle’s incompetence. By far, this was the worst dinning experience I’ve had in a long time. I could expect to be disappointed like this at Chili’s and pay a third as much.

The food is always consistent, the staff is top notch! Bernard makes sure everyone’s dining experience is always one to remember. My wife and I eat here at least once a week. They really treat us like family. If you have never been here, you are truly missing out!

Went here for our business Christmas lunch. Service was good, the server was attenuative to our needs, and the food came out hot. We ordered off the lunch menu, so the portions were lunch size. I had the Salmon Florentine and we all had a bite of each of the desserts available. We tasted the Gluten free chocolate cheesecake, Pina colada cheesecake, Lemon layered cake and Tiramisu. The pina colada cheesecake was everyone’s favorite, second was the Tiramisu.
