I ordered a Sandwich, ask for extra jalapenos did not get them, on my sandwich. it was also cold by the time I got to my table. The service lady was not pleasant. I decided to order a another sandwich, with again, extra jalapenos, and asked if they could make sure it was hot this time.

Beyond disappointed. First negative experience I’ve had at an Arby’s. First of all, I asked for diet Dr Pepper and they gave me a regular DP (I cannot drink the sugar of non-diet due to dietary reasons). Secondly, I’ve never had such a bad brisket sandwich. The brisket sandwich is almost always huge and packed with items. This one is smooshed down and awful looking. Very disappointing experience. The first time I can say this about an Arby’s experience.

I had the most disappointing experience at this Arby’s. I went through the drive thru and order 3 meals with 2 cokes and a sprite, 2 curly and 1 crinkle cut fries. I received 3 cokes and three curly fries. I can get past that sure, but when I open my new Garlic ribeye sandwich, It looked like this. I understand that stuff usually doesn’t look like the picture. But this is just sad. Just slapping food together, just to clear the board. What I don’t get, there was no one in line. How can you mess up the order and serve something that looks like this. Just disappointing all around.

Really like the restaurant but they should really be more selective about the chicken tenders they’re putting on their sliders. All I got was two bits of bread on bread with a bunch of sauce. The sliders would be great with just some quality control.

Avoid the loaded fries. Food was not up to expectations considering the prices. Portion sizes weren’t bad though. Young fella who worked there was attentive and cordial.

Stopped here during this terrible snow storm and the woman at the drive thru promised that they gave me fresh hot fries. Got down the road and realized they were cold…not even close to warm. It is disappointing when it was no cars behind me in the drive thru to begin with…spending money only to not get quality food.
