Bland taste. Worst African food I ever tried in Newark. Ayamase sauce was not saucing. The rice was cold as hell. The customer service was very poor. DOH needs to come visit this place . Ayamase 0/100, rice 2/100 . Very poor

I love coming to this place every time I visit Newark, New Jersey. The food reminds me of the motherland Nigeria. I love the fact they have special soups for everyday of the week…Mon-Fri and they all taste amazing. I do recommend their Efo-Riro you can never go wrong with that meal. And their Jollof Rice is practically the best Jollof in Newark. Don’t argue with me argue with your mother oooo. But sincerely if you want a good naija meal and you are in the Newark, NJ area stop by you won’t regret.

African restaurant serving Nigerian cuisine. The food is so good! Dine in or take out available. Space is small and what it lacks in ambience it makes up for with the quality and quantity of food you get. Great for takeout.

This restaurant evokes memories of my youth in Nigeria. The food is excellent, service is professional.l, there are a wider variety of choices. Having a catering service is also a plus. I ordered ahead and it was ready upon arrival. This is our go to Nigerian restaurant. And strongly recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy Nigerian cuisine.

First time visitor, the service was welcoming. As I came towards the end of the day there wasn’t any pounded yams or fried plantains. But the jollof rice was tasty, but turkey was a bit on the oily side.

Something is definitely off with their food today August 12th, 2023. I have bought food here before and was simply the best in newark I had tasted as at then. But today, I bought the food, it was horrible. Food taste was bland and not fresh, goat meat was salty. Rice and the spaghetti was very below par. Same for the stew for the Okro for poundo yam. I observed I didn’t see the woman there so it’s either they have changed their cook or the food was mixed up or prepared before today because it wasn’t fresh. This is disappointing. Not buying food there anytime soon again.
