Hubby and I went into WNB Factory for our first time today. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the restrooms were spotless. We both ordered a bacon cheeseburger, tots with one, onion rings with the other. The burgers were yummy, tasted just like home cooked burgers. The tots were great and crispy. The onion rings were just okay, crispy on the outside, but a bit mushy on the inside. We really appreciated that there was hand sanitizer on each table. We totally recommend WNB Factory, and plan on returning ourselves to try other menu items.

I totally recommend this place! The food there was absolutely delicious. They have a wide variety of food and I loved everything that I’ve tried. I could easily tell that they used high quality ingredients to make their food and the pricing is incomparable. Would totally come back again.

This was my first visit and it was great! I recently switched to vegetarian, and my experience with veggie burgers is that it usually is not very good. I’d almost rather just order the fries then order a veggie burger. I tried the veggie burger here and it was great. Patty was tasty and well-cooked, and what made it really great was the bun and the vegetables and the sauce and everything else was just over the top great. The fries were cooked perfectly. My wife and daughter had burgers and they are returning customers. They’re the ones who talked me into going because they’re always telling me how great this place it They were hot and just salty enough. The staff was really friendly and very professional. I will definitely be going back for more.

Excellent job in the wings! We wanted to try a new place for our wings and was excited this location exceeded our expectations. We came in late and only ordered wings but in comparison to others we have tried, these were far superior in flavor and meat quality. The order seemed fresh and it came out quickly. Please do go this place. If you go, please you need to check your bill after you pay. My bill was $31 and it charged $38 with 20% tip. It was take out, I did not tip for 20%. The owner said, oh sorry I touched computer screen by accident. Well. I don’t think that was an accident. And it is not the first time doing like this!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. they are not honest people.

This is my second time visiting this restaurant. The restaurant is very clean and they follow Cov-19 rules. The first time we got the double cheeseburgers deluxe. They were huge and delicious! This time I was greeted just as warmly as before. My order of a Catfish Plate and dry lemon-pepper wings was quickly taken. The manager opened the containers and allowed me to verify my order before leaving the restaurant. He assured me that if I had any problems or questions I only needed to let him know. Everything looked and tasted great. It was real Catfish!

Got a burger combo to go. Burger just wasn’t good. It was incredibly bland. The fries seemed low quality. I was prompted at the POS system to tip which is silly. Pay your employees a living wage.

The burger and fries were great. I will definitely be going back. I will probably try the onion rings next time. It was a little more expensive than I expected. For a burger, fries and drink, it came in over $16. It all added up pretty quickly. The prices shown on the web site do not match the prices at the location.
