Service was great, food was amazing and love the ladies restroom walls. I ordered the “birthday cake” protein waffle with fruity pebbles instead of sprinkles, pb&j donut, fruity pebbles donut, strawberry cheesecake shake and a mocha frappe – EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Thank you.

My daughter and I stopped in because we heard such good things! It was all amazing! We ordered an açaí bowl, a hot protein coffee and a refresher and everything was AMAZING!! I cannot recommend this place enough. The owners are so so friendly and made us feel like family. The interior has homemade touches using reclaimed items from right here in Lakeland. So talented! Thanks for having us and looking forward to seeing you again!

Really nice place to sit and study. The tea tasted great and wasn’t full of sugar, like most other places, so it felt good too. I will definitely be going back regularly. The mini donuts are certainly worth a visit too

Wonderful fusion of Cafe and smoothie bar. Mostly vegan and dairy free(I think the only exception is whey protein in the coffee smoothies). They also have tea and acai bowls. Everything also seems to be protein centric, which I absolutely love. I had the Twix Protein smoothie, which includes a shot of expresso. It normally has 23 grams of protein, but i got an extra scoop, making it 30 grams. I can honestly say it was one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. The place is a family operation. I met the husband, wife, and daughter while there. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. It’s not a large place, but was very cozy, with a lot of charm.
