I’ve had two poor experiences with this location. The first online order took 2 hours to arrive. It took two phone calls to the location for it to be out for delivery. The second time I called in for take out. I spoke with a very nice and helpful woman. She estimated 20 minutes until it’s ready. I arrived promptly and the guy behind the counter did not even greet me. He rang me up without even saying thank you. The pizza was barely warm for just making it. I had to heat it up in the microwave.

Called in tonight, Christmas Eve, to see if they were open and the man answered the phone by saying, ” Thank you for calling Domino’s, we are not currently taking orders.” To which I replied, “OK, do I need to order through the app?” To which he replied in a very rude tone, “As I already told you we are not taking any orders because we need to catch up.” I understand it was Xmas Eve and the last thing he probably wanted to do was work, but still doesn’t mean you need to be rude to paying customers. I have spent thousands of dollars on Domino’s in the past 10 years, but after so many Customer service issue I will be switching to Pizza Hut, which is closer anyways.

Normally, it’s not a bad place. But today I got a rather unfortunate service. The order tracker said the pizza was done. When I came in, they said they needed to remake it. Guess what, it took 30 minutes to remake it. I wonder how that would take 30 minutes to remake it. Although they offered some free stuff like a 3 liter or some sauces, I just want my time back. Oh well.
