This isn’t the first time this has happened. I ordered Jimmy John’s at 10:37 and according to the app that is when the received the order. It is currently 11:41 and I am still waiting. My lunch break started at 11:15 and now I am not going to get to eat said sandwich because they took so long. I also called the store, 40 minutes after I placed my order and they said they were on their way, still nothing. At this point I feel like I should be refunded. When I called to get a refund, the lady on the phone basically yelled at me like it was my fault that she was alone and had a lot of orders and i was her last priority. Most logically businesses would apologize and offer a refund not offer to cancel my order. I am a teacher and will now not be able to eat my lunch until 3 and have nothing to drink either until then since they also forgot my drink when I finally received my order at 12:15.

Same gloves being worn to take credit card payment then used to touch and make the food. My sandwich comes with lettuce and tomato. They forgot to put the tomato. Luckily I have tomatoes at home to put on my own $8.67 sandwich. I have always came to this location. This is the 3rd time noticing the gloves being worn for every thing. Though I love a #9 I will do without the unhealthy practice here.

the workers were so rude tonight. i was very unpleased with how unprofessional these people were towards me & my ol man. there was some complications with our card, & instead of being nice & understanding. the lady was rude and unpleasant to deal with. they didn’t even fill our drinks all the way. they are only half full.

As a former employee of this Jimmy Johns, I cannot begin to describe how bad of an experience that was to buy one sandwich. You had 5 employees there with a 4 car pile up behind me, I paid and then had to wait 14 minutes for ONE BLT. I am not exaggerating either, order at 2:53 and got our sandwich at 3:07 with one car in front of me. You had 2 employees prioritizing what looked like a box order over one sandwich that would have taken one minute to finish, while the other three are just standing there not even attempting to try another order at the other station, like you’re supposed to. My sandwich was finished at the actual window and not one employee even bothered to check if we got our food, who knows how long it was sitting there since it seemed like it was done for quite a while. Then after wasting the time of everyone behind me, they didn’t even know what my order was.

Ok this is the last time I can get screwed by this place. For starters the day of my wedding the delivery driver hit my car that we’d had for less then a week. 3 weeks ago I ordered food and didn’t get my cookie. I called and told them and they said I never ordered one. After I proved it was on both the receipt and email they said I did order it and it would be credited towards my account… I ordered today and I kid you not there’s no credit on my account. Stealing and making us look like we’re lying isn’t cool and I won’t be back to that location.
