The A.C. broke. Very hot inside. Soda fountain was out of a lot of flavors. I ordered a IBC soda cause I was hot. But the cashier didn’t tell me she charged be for a combo which came with a soda. Food was horrible. Will never go again. I went a couple of weeks ago and they had nothing but fries. (Wow) If they don’t care about the employees burning up you know they don’t care about the customer. And the food score is a 84. (I see why)

Clean and friendly. The food was cooked perfectly and in great timing. Came just before lunch to try the new chicken sandwiches. The lemon pepper flavor is the best. Wet but still crispy, they fried it up perfectly.

This place is ridiculous. It’s always extremely hot, I feel bad for the employees. They’re out of ranch and blue cheese and on multiple occasions have been out of French fries. These are staple items in a wing restaurant. They need capable management who can handle the essential logistics of a wing restaurant.

I went to this place to pick up an order. A young woman (21) manager was actively engaged in a dispute with a mature woman about how distasteful the food was and wanted a cash refund even though she paid with a credit card. I walked outside the entrance just in case it became physically combative or deadly.

Visited twice. Wings are ok in flavor and dry/small. Both times we had wings be served sauceless when explicitly asked to be tossed. The potato wedges were not cooked thoroughly. It’s the longest wait for fast food I have ever seen, and the chaos to even get my order placed was a nightmare.

We have been going here for a while and have never had a problem with calling on the phone and paying in store , but today… i called to place an order, the young man on the phone INSISTED on us paying with card on the phone and he LIED about being able to pay in store. We come to wingstop 2-3 out the week and have NEVEEER went thru that. I believe someone is stealing people card information for their personal use… thats bad business and someone can be sued.

Stopped by Friday afternoon and ordered 3 separate meals which equaled 30 wings in total……I always request that my wings are cooked well done and they didn’t disappoint at this location. Wings were so crispy yet juicy and tasty just how I like them. I think the lady that cooked my wings was the manager, I’m a manager myself so I can always spot other managers she threw down on me and my childrens wings. For the last 2 months, every Wingstop I go to, no matter the location, the wings are never cooked how I ask for them to be cooked and it causes issues because now I have to deal with attitude when I asked for my food to be cooked again or ask for a refund. This time it was done PERFECTLY!!!!!!! Everyone there was also nice and they all worked together as a team to get orders out as fast as possible. Too bad I don’t live close enough to go often

Always get fast friendly service, today was no exception. I have to give a big thank you to Kayla the lady working the register, and her manager they went above and beyond to fix an issue that was caused by the Wingstop app that wasn’t working correctly. I definitely recommend stopping in for some wings and the Cajun corn.
