Cashier was very comfortable and comedic. Service at the counter was amazing and the food was delicious. I must say the staff there were professional in every aspect. As far as the food goes the crinkle cut fries are incredibly good, ranked first in my fry index for their specific category. Best Arby’s I’ve ever had!!!

Went through the Drive thru. Depending on the person depends on the kindness as any other place. Food doesn’t take long to be passed to you. Some food is fresh while others you can tell is not as hot or made to order, but overall good food.

Before COVID I took good service and accurate order fulfillment for granted. It was pretty common to get a respectable tier of service even from a fast food establishment. Now I am regularly disappointed to the point that I expect subpar experience. But Arby’s has not let me down, messed up my order or provided me with a bad experience at all. I eat out more than I should and when I need things to go right I choose Arby’s.

Worst arby’s ever. These folks don’t have anything together at this location. Terrible service, can’t manage a drive thru lane, can’t get food here is a good timeframe. It shouldn’t take .15 minutes to get 1 sandwich, but here it does. There was only 1 car ahead of me in line, and it was taking over .12 minutes and that car still didn’t have their order. Pitiful. Don’t go here, well anyplace in WDM is a joke.

Just went through the drive Thru and ordered 2 beef and cheddar and a large fry. Got home and we did not have beef and cheddar but plain roast beef sandwiches. I didn’t think our order was that complicated.

Went thur drive thru and ordered food. The lady taking the order was impatient as hell. If she had been more patient our order might not have gotten messed up. We ask for crinkle fries with both our order and got curly fries. And the curly fries aren’t even really curly. The roast beef sandwich was poorly put together. Hope you do better the next time..
