latte was very bland. I asked the lady to remake it, and she proceeds to describe what a latte is, as if I never had a latte before and as if I haven’t worked for dunkin before. then to top it off I ordered the plain bagel minis which had avocado residue on it, which lets me know that employee who cooked it barely change their gloves. will not be back at this location.

This store is the worst place to try and give your patronage. This is the first review I have ever taken my time to send. The store has absolutely zero customer service or concern for the customer. Needless to say, less than competent is an understatement. No one says thank you and I as a consumer was made to fell an inconvenience to the staff. I am sure this will be deleted and not addressed because you don’t care either or as an owner your store would not be this way it is. Don’t concern yourself about me. I will never be back. I work with 100 people in Fayetteville and will do everything I can to tell the staff my experience.

The drive thru here is always a struggle. The staff never seems to even want to be alive let alone at work. You can ask for any hot food and get it cold in the center. The frozen machine is always “broken” but it’s just because they don’t feel like making or cleaning the machine. ((They’ll be sure to make comments in your face about it too)) the female that gave me a slight attitude over the fact I couldn’t hear my order total but could def hear you complaining, maybe try McDonald’s instead and they’ll get you in line.

I placed my ordered from the drive thru. Stated my order(small hot coffee 3 creams & 3 caramel swirl). My order was repeated by the barista and it was all good. Drove up to the window received coffee and went on my way. When I got to my destination Lo and behold my label said 3 caramel swirls 3 mocha swirl and 1 creamer. Dunkin’ Donuts had one job to do and they couldn’t get that right. I will not be patronizing this establishment again!

What a great group of young people with superb customer service skills. Their customer service is better than that of seasoned workers. The flavor of coffee that I desire was not was not made at the time. Naomi offered to make me a fresh cup of coffee. She served me with such warmth. She was even kind to the cup. The cashier Anna was a breath of fresh air as was Chase. Thanks you three for making me feel like a valued customer. Store manager, please recognize these three for outstanding customer service.
