I ordered a pizza after having had “one of those days” and a previous order from another spot not get delivered. Well my first pizza from Pizza Hut did not get delivered to me by their door dasher. I called and the man on the other line was able to handle me crying (again one those days!) and told me he’d get one right out to me. I said I hope it come before my baby wakes up from her nap…they got it here!!! I just want to say my pizza was hot and delicious and baby didn’t interrupt it, thank you for making it right, I appreciate it more than you know! They added cinnamon rolls too, and I didn’t even know I needed them, good job guys!

Been using pizza hut for 5+ years they alway make my ends right until now. I order one large pizza on Aug 29 at 10pm and I never got it and when I call to see what going on they said they delivered it and they never did been trying to get on the phone all morning but Noone want to answer me

I ordered my pizza on the app while on my way home from work. Knowing that it will be ready when I got there. Unfortunately, it wasn’t and I had to wait another 10mins totaling 30mins. The app said it would be ready in 19mins. While waiting at the store all I heard was them cursing and goofing around in the back. I don’t mind that they are young kids but there should be a responsible adult there at night with them.

Ordered the big dinner boxfor my son’s birthday and one pizza had hardly no cheese and the other looked like a Danish with only toppings in the center.. when they remade the pizza it was exactly the same only in the center.. was terrible..

Waited 1 hour for my pizza, I called the store spoke to the manager on shift at 721pm to make sure I was getting delivery and she confirmed it was. I call at 8pm and says it’s for carry out. This would upset anyone! Horrible management ! Please learn how to keep track.
