I am not a frequent customer. But my experience on10/13/20 was amazing. Went through the drive through at 830 am it was busy. It took less than 10 minutes and whoever took my order did such a great job helping me quickly as I was nervous. The lady at the window was very nice very cool tattoos

Always make great coffee here, it’s the best I’ve had of any Starbucks! Everything is always very clean and sanitary, and the wait time is low as these baristas are fast and accurate!! Very helpful and insightful staff makes it feel inviting.

As far as Starbucks go, this one is about average. Wait times can be a while with the drive through line stretching into the street at times. This is the only standalone starbucks for a wile so they get lots of visitors. Keep that in mind if you don’t have a lot of time.

If I could give less than a one I would. HORRIBLE and SLOW service. Ordered on the app and order was NOT COMPLETE For over an hour after ordering. Maybe adjust your ready times and add a clause where it could be extended WAY past the estimated time. To top it off the Baristas were rude and inconsiderate, did not offer to fix the problem and offered NO apologies for the inconvenience while I had to cancel my order

This Starbucks is always out of something. No Blondroast and no honey. The person who took my order said she hasn’t had time to go back and get the honey from the store room. She was alone and extremely slow. Well, there are two people here now. Do you think you could possibly get it now?? The other girl said she would be happy to go get it. Not great customer service from the other gal! She acted flustered.

Store was disorganized and things were labeled incorrectly so what the shelf said an item was I couldn’t get at that price even though it was their mess up and I was not gonna pay 3.5 times what the shelf tag said for the item. I drove clear across town to come to this Meijer because they have a bigger home selection and then couldn’t even get what I wanted. Poor customer service and poor store care. I probably will not come back to this Meijer. The cashier SC and store director were of no use.
