If I could give them no stars I would! So I ordered from here expecting hot fresh fries, with the boneless different flavor wings I ordered! The lemon pepper wings tasted like lemon juice and salt! I order some some bbq and the spicy Korean I believe and they only put the bbq ones in there. My friends look like they were fried in 8 month old grease which was unbelievable given they had just opened! This place doesn’t care about what they send out to their customers I strongly recommend not ordering from here!

There was no carbonation in the drink machine. They attempted to fix it, but it still didn’t work. I didn’t think it was fair. I had to pay for a whole meal, especially when my veggie sticks look like this, they look like scraps.

Food is pretty good. Service is horrible. Employees park in the handicap spot out front. Door dashers are always mad when they come in because the food is rarely even started. I don’t get my change unless I ask. It was better when this other girl worked here that seemed to care. Not sure if she quit or just had a schedule change but since I’ve stopped seeing her here the whole restaurant is just sad. They don’t bother to turn the TVs on and the tables aren’t wiped

May 2022 – picked up the food with no issues. However, when I got home my fries were cold. Chicken was ok. However, they were drenched in the sauce. The chicken was very soft. However, the hawaiian and smoked bbq was ok. Parmesan with lemon was not bad, I would say that was my favorite. If you go here I would recommend the sauces on the side if you can.

Only 2 workers are actually competent. But the afternoon staff is downright an embarrassment to the company. The girl who wears a black and white Nike windbreaker just sits there and declines phone calls, to worried about her nails then doing the job she’s paid to do. The guy that bags orders moves slower than a sloth trying to sneak up on a snail. The lady with a lazy eye always has an attitude. The kid with the fro is ok, the lady with the shaved head is the main reason the store is even open. Shout out to her for being amazing. After over a dozen bad experiences I go out my way to other wing stops in metro Detroit when I’m craving it.
