Always a solid experience. I grew up in Seattle, where the best Terayaki resides, and when I moved to Idaho, there wasn’t a place for the longest time until Happy Terayaki and boy, am I happy they’re here. Affordable, Reliable and Tasty! Can’t ask for much more.

I really appreciate the cleanest of the restaurant and the friendly service. The staff gave me an overview of the menu and made suggestions which were super helpful! It is so wonderful to eat something good but also not so big that it can’t be finished in one sitting. Thank you so much for being mindful of portions and keeping portions realistic! Fantastic customer service. Good food. I had gyozo and chicken yakisoba. Plenty of checking and veggies. Some of the better yakisoba I’ve had in the PNW. True Japanese food can be hard to find. Most places just have sushi and everything else is from some other Asian country. Not Here. Looking forward to trying someother dishes. I will definitely be back.

Very happy with this location! Went to the one on Overland in Meridian earlier that day (was the first time trying Happy Teriyaki), and had a great experience there with our pickup order. Went to this one later to bring food to a loved one in a nursing home in Nampa. Equally great experience! Service was excellent. The man who helped me at the counter was friendly and efficient. Food looked delicious and exactly the same as the one in Meridian. Much higher quality food than we expected from chain-restaurant, strip-mall cuisine. Recipient enjoyed it very much! Highly recommend the spicy chicken. Perfect amount of heat. Fried rice is light and fluffy, not heavy on the oil. Potstickers looked great, plenty of meat. Will return 🙂

I’ve been wanting to try Happy Teriyaki. I was sitting next door at another favorite and thought I should try something new instead. So I looked up Happy Teriyaki and ordered online. I ordered the beef teriyaki. The dish included some veggies as well as a scoop of rice. The beef teriyaki was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. I will eat here again.
