Prior to my online order, I noticed this particular Pizza Hut location ratings weren’t good. I decided to give it a try anyway. I’m glad I did. The lone employee greeted me upon entry. He provided great customer service and most importantly, he delivered to me exactly what I ordered, a delicious pizza, with wings and a two liter Pepsi, despite picking up my order 30 minutes after it was ready. Great job Pizza Hut!

Visiting our son in Murietta and ordered pies and wings. The food was fresh and hot. We got there right when they were taking it out of the oven. The food was delicious and the staff was helpful. The Melts are crispy and full of cheese and pepperoni. So good.

IF YOU LIVE CLOSE DO NOT CALL AHEAD JUST GO AND ORDER IN PERSON!!! I called the number from google and an AI voice helped me order a pizza for me to pick up in store..the amount came out to $7 MORE than what we pay when we go and order at the location. I canceled my order and went to the store and paid $7 less for the same thing I was going to do anyways. The only difference is I didn’t call ahead to pick it up.That’s not ok. Staff is always friendly and quick which is why I’m giving 4 stars, but wanted to warn ppl of this corporate scam.

The food is good. We’ve ordered pick up & the staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Whenever we get delivery the delivery time is reasonable and food is always hot. Pizza Hut is our favorite pizza.

I was very disappointed in my pizza on my last order it was soggy, and temperature was cold, the only thing that was perfect was the Brownie!!!!! Well gave them a second chance because their coprate customer service agent had given me a coupon for a couple free pizzas, so ordered last night and when it came it had absolutely zero barbeque sauce on it and I ordered extra sauce and the pizza came dry as a bone, When I called the guy offered me a five dollar coupon towards my phone number,
