Nothing but praise for this restaurant. Almost easy to overlook, Volcano is a quiet, unassuming Japanese/sushi spot subtly located in a shopping plaza. Walk in, grab attention of the staff if no one is at the front, and help yourself to an open seat. The menu offers typical Hibachi and sushi bar fare, but the quality of these dishes is well above average. Sushi ingredients were so fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. The sushi chefs were excellent; you can tell they put focus and effort into making a good product, which was apparent in the taste and display.
