Excellent Customer Service, very clean. We found this spot while trying to get a late night meal. The guy who took our order was so nice and the food was priced well and the food was GOOD! I tasted a little of everyone’s food and the fish and wings were good too. My plate (cheesesteak) can be seen below. The fries are seasoned well and the lemonade was tasty.

Horrible customer service. This guy was loud with me and trying to argue but I wouldn’t give him the satisfaction. I ordered something and received a discount for my job. I then decided to another something else and the the guy behind the counter said I could only get 1 discount per visit. I asked if I cancelled my original order, would I be able to get the total discount. He couldn’t comprehend that. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. I told him about this review. Now he’s really mad!! I’m never going back!

I ordered some wings, and fries, a steak and cheese, and some onion rings, That was the nastiest meal I had in a while, The onion rings tasted like they were old drenched in oil, the fries were undercooked, the steak and cheese was bland, the wings were heavily condimented. Waste of money, I ended up throwing the food away. Just not good at all

The worst buffalo wings I’ve ever eaten, so I trashed them. The wings were stale like cooked for lunch and given to me hours later. I ordered through Door Dash, so I drove them back to the store. The manager tell me they don’t order Door Dash return orders. WTH

Very poor customer service . I was about to purchase at this store when two men came in and wanted to wash there hands before they ordered. They were told no they asked to speak with a manager and was told the manger was not there . They did not have on a mask and the people working there did not have on a mask. Once I saw how they were treated I left and so did several others what happened to being decent. You can see they were working, I will never go to this establishment again or any other that has this brand. Just awful

Food came out nice and hot. I got the nuclear flavor wings combo which comes with fries and everything came out yummy. I am used to places faking on the spicy with me and these wings were just right. My husband ordered an egg burger combo and he says it was a little over cooked, but other then that good.

If you must eat at America’s Best Wings and somewhat care about your health, definitely don’t eat at this location, they will definitely try to kill you with their food! I only order wings here maybe once or twice a month or so and with that being said, I’m greatly disappointed in my order this time around. I ordered a 10 piece and after my first bite, I definitely noticed a difference from my other visits, the wings were excessively salty! It tasted like they literally poured half a bottle of salt on my wings and not only that, after I was finished I felt like I was about to have a heart attack, literally consumed enough sodium for about a month’s worth from the taste of it. If you know about sodium, too much can and will induce a heart attack if you consume too much in one sitting, you can ask a doctor or look it up yourself. So I’m done with this place, in fact, I’m may just stay away from them all, I’ll just find some other place to go like Buffalo Wild Wings or something similar.

I had to edit this review! When will establishments learn customer service is everything? Now I have to avoid this location as well. Went to get those delicious pickles again, then was approached by the worker stating I was getting too many sauces. He call himself trying to handle or embarrass me in front of the other customers. He kept repeating how would they make money and no other place would let me have the sauces without paying extra. I explained that I had did it before with no problem not knowing the sauces that are self serve are limited. His response was nobody ever said anything to me. Well what about the worker that was so courteous making suggestions for my vegetarian diet & I would buy all the food being hot and delicious. He was apparently angy I just purchased the pickles not spending enough money. If the extra cost was posted being visible I would have known. Actually I was more than willing to pay the extra cost. But the rude approach was too much, learn how to speak to customers appropriately. The result was keep your picles and sauces. He had no problem and satisfied with taking the food back after I had opened the container, did not toss in the trash gave back to the kitchen. Then had the nerve to say “next time you will know”. There will not be a next time as you just lost a loyal, valuable customer. Now my satisfaction went from ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to ⭐ You rude and nasty, did you sell the opened food to the next customer?
