First of all there was no sense of urgency, I waited while everyone took their sweet time. Finally I get to order 2 caramel craze lattes and they are straight milk no caramel flavor no expresso flavor. I was told “it’s a latte it’s straight milk” I said I I know a latte has milk but it’s supposed to have flavor as well. This is not my first time ordering a latte. My day was ruined because I had my mouth ready for my usual caramel craze and was disappointed!

Pretty appalling service. Brought my family for some ice cream, half the selection is missing. I asked the guy behind the counter (on his phone talking while I’m talking to him)if these were all his options and he mumbled something and walked away. I’ve been here for 45 minutes and have watched this guy not stop talking on his phone WHILE people are ordering from him. No greeting, no thanks. I would be so embarrassed if this was my business.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for about a year and they are super efficient and I’d say they deliver with 95% accuracy. I’ve maybe had one or two issues with orders out of dozens. Pretty good track record. I’ll be back soon!

After multiple retries by the guy behind the counter the coffee I ordered tastes like it was made with sewage water. They either need to fix their machines or fire him. This is the second time this has happened. Do not recommend, which is a shame because they used to be pretty good.

I ordered a hot matcha latte with oat milk and ended up with what seems to be a normal latte. I ordered the matcha because my stomach cannot handle the expresso and coffee as I have Crohn’s disease and I am already late for work and have no time to go and fix this. So now my time and money have been wasted. I really needed that caffeine like air today! I don’t know what I’m going to do now.

the person behind the counter took my order, I order a extra Large cup of Coffee, the cup that was to be my was glue together she was trying to pull them apart, I ask her not to gave that cup, when I got my extra large Coffee, she added so much sugar I could not drink it, how rude that was not called for. will will not step foot into this place again.

This has to be the best run Dunkin that I have ever been to. The manager and employees were on top of it. I just left during peak rush hour and was there for less than 10min. I had a fairly large order as well. I really liked the way that the manager spoke to the employees, in a respectful manner with great tone. Many times managers of fast food restaurants tend to loose their cool so to say and don’t treat their employees very well. That did not seem to be the case here. The employees were all working together effectively and cooperatively. Not to mention that it was very clean and they followed the correct food prep guidelines. Great job to this Dunkin team!
