I liked this place but it was my fault for not knowing exactly what to expect when I ordered. I got the sweet and sour chicken, foolishly assuming it would be fried chicken pieces like Chinese style but the flavor was great, lots of veggies. Only about 8-10 thin slices of chicken and probably 4x as many veggies plus some white rice. The sweet and sour sauce was delicious. They also serve alcohol, so that was nice. The host/waitress was very friendly, welcoming, attentive, and nice. Made sure I had everything I needed. Service was extremely fast. I had my food within 5 minutes of sitting down. Atmosphere of the restaurant was fine. There was a TV but it just played some slow tones on a loop and was relatively loud. Could benefit from more music, putting a game on, or something else. Other than that, everything was fine. Was pretty full when I showed up on a Wednesday night but there were several open tables. Worth a try if you like Thai food. I wish I ordered the pad Thai so I will have to come back.

Great stop for Thaifood before heading to the cape!! Recommend ” Lab Kai roll” sometimes different to try.

They may have moved across the street from the original building, but nothing about the quality of food from this amazing Thai hole in the wall has changed! Some favorites include the crispy chicken pad Thai, the sliced mango and sticky rice dessert, and of course, Thai tea! Krua Thai has added a beautiful new sitting area with large televisions, as well as serving traditional beer options such as Sapporo to local favorites from Buzzards Bay Brewing Co. A must see when looking for fast (and fantastic) food in Buzzards Bay during the summer!

The best Thai food anywhere. I’ve been to so many Thai restaurants all over the Eastern Seaboard and none are good as Krua Thai on Main St Buzzards Bay by the Railroad Bridge over Cape Cod Canal. They are considered the best and have a wonderful owner.

Sad that I didn’t discover this place sooner. The food is delicious. It isn’t super heavy/greasy like a lot of Asian takeout places which I really appreciate. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommend! I have tried the Tom Yum Soup, Veggie Fried Rice and Chicken Lo Mein. All were amazing!

The food and portions used to be adequate; much smaller now. We ordered brown fried rice and they gave us all white rice. The plates have mostly vegetables and just a couple of meat.

BEST Thai iced tea I’ve had hands down. Really good bang for your buck. Not busy, many people coming in for take out, hidden gem for sure. Plenty of seats to dine in. Red curry was fantastic. Friendly service. Will come again!

Took photos of updated menu. I ordered via doordash and everything was more expensive so this menu appears outdated but at least you can know what they have. I ordered for pickup and portions were pretty small. Wonton soup was pretty good as were the dumplings. Personally wasn’t huge fan of the chicken basil but still ok.

Great Tom Yum soup–a perfect blend of herbs and heat, and Tom Kar–if going for less heat. Have not been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered from Krua Thai Buzzards Bay. Reducing my carbs, I go for the green papaya salad, or fresh rolls with hot sauce.
