So, I ordered a pizza with no green onions. The young man behind the counter hands me the pizza and reads off the receipt “no green onions” as he hands me a pizza covered in green onions. I also got a Ceasars salad that comes with no ceasar dressing unless you order it separately, but nobody mentions this as I ordered.

This is a great Papa Murphy’s!!! I love the customer service here. I called in an order and Britney did a great job on the phone. Walked in a few minutes later, gave my name, and BOOM! pulled me up in the system and walked out with 3 great piazzas!

Tonight my husband and I went into Papa Murphy’s (Kuna) and typically I don’t love the service here. Majority of the time the workers are not friendly, but tonight we got Duncan and he was awesome!! Great customer service. They were super busy but he was still smiling and having a good time. Keeping the other employees happy and chatting. Great job Duncan!

When I called to place an order, I had to repeat myself numerous times since the music at their location was too loud for him to hear me. 1hr later for pickup, they didn’t have half the order ready, and the one that was complete was missing items. They were playing around the entire time, and one of the workers kept messing with the girl trying to get the rest of my order ready by dumping out stuff she had made.

I recommend ordering ahead and doing pick up. They place your pre-paid order on a rack and you can avoid the lines. We love extra sauce – so always add to our order. This is a busy location.
