I saw this place featured on the local news and had to go check it out! Great views of the river and plenty of regular seating outside on the patio. Food is very good! Yes, the chairs and tables have backs and umbrellas!!

Ordered nachos and there was nothing but a pile of grease at the bottom. Our waitress was nice enough to substitute them The steak we ordered (med well) was so burnt on one side it was inedible. Lobster mac n cheese had about 7 tiny pieces of lobster. Never going back.

Went there for lunch on a Sunday after church around noon and when we got there, the band was playing on the patio. Its not that they were playing, we like music, but it was beyond loud. You could not think let alone carry on a conversation with friends. And this is a Sunday lunch crowd. We stayed for an average meal at a high price and the service was on par with other establishments. The fries were not fresh, they were frozen. Had to ask for water. So the overall experience to celebrate an event with friends was not good. Will not go back and if you do, take some ear plugs or just don’t plan to have a conversation. Lets see if anyone from the restaurant responds to try and make it right.

The food was surprisingly good, and the service was on point. I had the ruben, which was excellent. My only complaint, I wish it had more meat. The food came out quick and hot. The wait staff was attentive and speedy. I’ll be back for sure to try some other menu items.

We called ahead to make sure they had no problem with our party of 7 people. It was a fairly quiet Thursday, the place was a little more than half full when we arrived. We seated ourselves and nobody showed up with menus for over 10 minutes. Finally our server Anna came with menus but didn’t take our drink orders for another 10 minutes. Another 15 minutes passed before our food order was taken (several items were not available). We were ignored for another 45 minutes, with the exception of a food runner bringing soup to our table 4 times that we told her that none of us had ordered. We then asked for the manager, who came over several minutes later. We told him we had been there for an hour and still hadn’t been served, but he started to argue that our order was ONLY put in 45 minutes ago, not an hour. If that wasn’t bad enough, when the food came out the waitress came to us and told one of our party that the walleye that he had ordered was not available, so everyone got there food except him. The manager was called over again, but all he had to say was we wouldn’t be charged for the walleye that we didn’t get. I would have expected him to at least offer a round of drinks for our trouble (Three of us had soft drinks & 4 beers), but he offered nothing and disappeared. We tipped Anna, the waitress properly as she was the only positive experience any of us had that visit. 3 of our party were regular visitors, and 4 of us were there for the first time. I am still not sure if any of us return.

Went here on Sunday August 20 in the afternoon for my wife’s 65 birthday. Suprised that there was a good band playing. Ann was our waitress and was very good. Service was promptly and friendly. Food was good, hot and as ordered. Been here before and well continue to go.

Not only was food absolutely delicious our service was awesome as well! (Not pictured) My 4yr old got the chicken fingers that were soo good too! We also got the pretzel sticks as an appetizer, they were good as well just extremely salty so if you dont like salt skip that or ask for no salt.

This is a decent spot on the river. I’d been there before and had a positive experience. This past time everything was just okay. The corn was in a bowl of oil not even joking. I took one bite and left it at the table, no biggie. Rest of the food was mediocre. The staff is always pretty nice here so that’s a plus, and the view of the river is quite nice when sitting outside on a sunny day. Just would like to see some consistency with the food quality and it might be a more regular spot for us during the summer.

I cannot vouch for the food as we never received ours, after waiting nearly 2 hours. We came here on my birthday in the middle of the afternoon after seeing it from a boat. There were only about 5 tables of people and I counted at least 6 employees. Our drinks came out, then an entire hour passed without our waitress checking in. We tracked her down and asked about our meals and she said there was only one person to carry out food, without an explanation as to why 0 of the 5 tables had any food. After another 40 minutes we found a manager to ask about our food, who informed us the order had just been put in and that 5 tables were ahead of us. We tried to explain how long we had been there but she didn’t care. She told us she’d just void the order so we could leave. We left with 3 very hungry kids and a miserable experience for my birthday. I have now seen countless reviews of people saying they left after hours without food. I guess some people get lucky here, but many don’t. I will never return but they don’t seem to mind losing business.
