My husband ordered the food online for dinner around 730 and he went to pick it up and returned home around 8pm. He enjoyed his shrimp with lobster sauce but my beef and mushroom was too salty. My fried rice was too salty as well. These cooks should taste their food before serving it to customers. I could not finish my food. That will be the first and last time I eat Wok On Wheels.

Ordered delivery on a Monday evening. First off the food was expensive, after all said and done it was 40 dollars delivered (including tip) for two people. However, I did order an expensive item; the Sesame Shrimp and Scallops which was 15 dollars by itself. I was very excited! My excitement was short lived. The cheese rangoon appetizers were delicious, so things looked up and then tanked from there. My sesame shrimp and scallops looked like a bowl of wet dog food. Soggy, overly salty, and just generally unappealing. My wife’s orange chicken LOOKED delicious, but the chicken was very dry and it is served in enormous chunks which is inconvenient . We both had the fried rice, which was over cooked and soggy as well. Finally, I opened my fortune cookie, looking forward to at least enjoying that, but it was stale too, which was really the cherry on top.

NEVER ordering from here again and I promise you will get a BBB review. First time we ordered our food took over an hour and a half to receive. Today our order was over 2 hours!! Finally called and they said it has been sitting on our front step for two hours. We have several dogs that would’ve told us if someone was there and we never received a phone call. Manager REFUSED to refund our money or bring fresh food. Already left a very generous tip when we ordered online and now we cannot even eat the food because it is not safe to consume sea food that has been outside for two hours. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Never again! We made an ooder for 40 wings, boneless with 3 different flavors on 9/19/15, yes I understand it was a busy Saturday night, however the delivery took almost an hour (which we were told about before hand) when the “wings” arrived, they were bone in, 2 of the orders of 10 had NO SAUCE on them 2 had sauce but all 40 were grossly overcooked and there was barely on meat on the bones. We called and told the woman on the phone what happened who tried to say it was a misunderstanding, they were busy blah blah blah and told us that we would get the undressed wings credited to us (even though all 4 orders were wrong). Well here it is 2 days later when we decide to try again. My fiance calls to make sure we have the credit and after being told that they aren’t sure and can you call back after I talk to my boss, we are told that there is only one order free. We have ordered from here a lot and actually loved the boneless wings, but we will never order from here again.

While I did not try ordering (So anyone who reads this review should take that into account) I will tell you that its generally a known fact that if you’re shoving your advertisements into the doors of apartment complexes that are gated your product is not worth trying. Common sense dictates that quality restaurants don’t have to resort to such advertising tactics. Based on all your previous reviews and this advertising tactic it seems instead of improving your product you’re more interested in seeing how many 1 time customers you can get.

We placed our order at 7pm, and received an email at 745, saying it was on the way. Saturday night, nasty weather, it’s understandable. I called back at 815, and she made an excuse, but it just went out. So we called back at 855, and while my wife was on the phone, the food finally showed. It was warm, soggy, and borderline inedible. We order here all the time, and it has always been on time, and I understand it’s never blow your mind delicious. But, my last three orders have been messed up, some way or another. We won’t put ourselves through this again.

If I could give this less than one star I would. I had seen this place coming to and from Randolph and read the menu online. It seemed like it was going to be good. It had a lot of choices and most of our family favorites. I didn’t read the reviews until I had already ordered and was waiting on our food. Big mistake! There are a few good reviews on Yelp, but the majority are one or two stars. I have the same complaints as everyone else, poor customer service, disgusting food, overpriced. The woman any the counter made it seem like it was a hassle to take our order and when we asked about items on the menu she responded with she’s “never had it” in a course tone. The food was horrible. It honestly tastes like those cheap frozen meals you can get at Walmart. We threw it away and ended up running out to get Arby’s. We paid $70 for a 5 person family. For the same price we could order from Bangkok Cusine right down the road – a tried and true favorite.

Just wanted to post my experience since I see so many negative reviews on here – I order from the wok on wheels in Universal city on a regular basis and have had no negative experiences. One order took a long time to be delivered – but I was warned about that on the phone and it was a Friday night so I’m not complaining.

normally i let stuff slide but when something happens about 3 times now its a problem. simple things to fix IF YOU FORGET TO BRING SOMETHING GO GET IT/MAKE IT AND BRING IT. not wait till close to finally bring a drink that was forgotten. before that i call to get a update on if the guy who told me was going to get my drink and “would be right back” was actually going to come drop off what he forgot. after being reassured about yeah he has the drink and was on the way i settle. however about another 30 minutes later i have to call again. once again i was told that my drink just left. so i guess the first guy who told me decided its just best to lie to the customer sounds like a great thing to do! i proceed to ask to talk to a manager where i was told no manager is working tonight. OK at this point i’m really tired of dealing with this restaurant so i left my number for when one of the managers actually are working they can call me and we can discuss the situation. once again mistakes happen that’s what i though the first time… and the second time but for it to happen 3 times? unacceptable. i advise everyone to avoid the restaurant even on a lazy day order pizza before you order from here.
