Rude waiter. Horrible experience. She did not understand my accent and would not ask to clarify. Kept getting my orders wrong. Do not go here.

Chik-Fil-A is especially overrated and this one definitely suffers from that. They don’t have many of the typical items that they offer at regular Chik-Fil-A’s and the chicken is rarely crispy. I have no idea why so many people wait in line for this place, which has probably caused the quality to go downhill.

Great taste. Better than McDonald’s! Had spicy chicken sandwich. It was amazing.

Great food, fast. It’s inside ASU. Walk up only (like inside a mall food court). The reason for the low rating I forgot to get my receipt and when I went back a couple minutes later they could not reprint one for me. Somebody was reimbursing me for my lunch and instead of getting reimbursed I got bomb food. $9.75 for an 8 piece chicken nugget (not processed) meal for me at the time was only planned around the reciept that disappeared and never to be seen again?

Sure, it’s a convenient and reliable (for the most part) fast food establishment, however, I can’t support Bigot-fil-A until they learn to serve their tendies without using those proceeds to support anti-LGBTQ policies. Sure would be nice if we could all get along and eat our mass-produced, hormone-injected chicken in peace, you know what I’m sayin’?

The wait it’s longer than 20 minutes to get your food even when there is no line to order because they lose track of all the orders and of who ordered what. In the end its a huge crowd gathered outside the window getting asked what each ordered .

I’m mad they ran out of diet frosted lemonade. It’s my favorite item on the menu can’t believe they ran out. I mean what I’m I supposed to order? I hate it when they run out. Please keep your diet frosted lemonade game up.

It’s already been said, but it’s worth reminding that the chicken strips were indeed removed from the menu. Very disappointing, as they used to have them, and they did seem popular when I first started visiting this “express” location. Better off going to the one on University; at least the menu is thorough.

The food is not fresh, smaller pieces of chicken and more expensive than the Chick-Fil-A on University. They do not accept promotions or gift cards and don’t let you use the app to get points. The workers complain if you ask for something special like no pickles. If you aren’t here for the lunch rush the fries are stale and the meat is cold and hard to bite into. Go to Qdoba instead, it’s a better value. I do not recommend this Chick-Fil-A location. Go elsewhere!!
