There was a dead cat at the entrance. Most of the speakers don’t work. We didn’t get what we ordered. They didn’t really care about our reviews of the whole incident. They never have any onion rings. We love the ice-cream but we won’t be there for a long time.

Just left. Ordered early and check in. 30 minutes later food was still not ready. Went inside and asked for a refund. Turns out the food had been ready for awhile and was just sitting under the warmers. She gave me a refund without so much as an apology. What makes all this worse is that everyone working there kept running out to their friends outside and ignoring the patrons outside.

The overall experience has gotten better. The food still takes about 5 to 10 minutes after it says your food is on its way. The newest thing is a lot of the stalls do not work. There is no warning before you just about park if there is a sign on the screen. Other stalls just don’t work with no warning. Have the employees park in the broken stalls get some cones or something. Many times, the employees are even parked in working stalls. It’s awful pulling in and out of 4 stalls before finding one that works.

Waited 25 minutes in total! First 10 minutes at one stall, no one answered. When we did hear someone answer, it was 2 stalls up! So we moved the car. We clicked the button. 15 minutes and nothing. We don’t have time for this.
