ordered a pizza via delivery and received this as the finished product, the delivery driver just handed it to us and seemed a tad bit confused on what he was doing. I spoke to the manager and she was REALLY sweet!! and offered a refund as well as a new pizza! 🙂

They’ve gotten my order wrong the last two times, also the thin crust I did receive was soggy and tasted awful. Pizza Hut is great, this store is trash. Refunds don’t make up for me ordering from another store and waiting again. Do better.

So my husband picked up pizza here earlier this month. When he went to look at the pizza and bread sticks, everything was burnt. When he questioned the front counter lady, he was blown off and told that’s the best they could do. We still ate it, but it was dry and hard from the overcooking.

It’s a shame that I had to even click one star to leave a review. We order pizza waited over an hour when they told us 30 minutes called them and they told us they didn’t show an order for us, but yet our bank account was charged and the young man presented himself as Parker. The manager told us we were out of luck. There was nothing he could do for us if we didn’t pay for another order Will never come back

Cheese sticks are not as pictured. Bread sticks with their parmesan sprinkles. Manager on weddington will not correct the issue or say her ppl are not trained correctly. No stars!(had to put one to post)

For the price I paid of over $20 I expect to have a good amount of toppings. I asked for extra pepperoni and there clearly was no extra. The rest of the toppings looked like they were put on with one hand half full. Very disappointing pizza especially from this store that normally is on point.

insane the unprofessionalism of this business. they messed up my order due to a miss communication and i was out 30 bucks and had cold pizza. i called back told me i had 25 dollars credit to use for next time. i called to double check on the credit before i placed my order and the chick told me it would have automatically been placed on my order. 40 mins later my driver gets here and tells me my total is 40.00 dollars that is 70 dollars im out of because pizza hut instead of taking blame they pin it on the customer. don’t order from here.
