I’m really disappointed, staff are really polite and nice but this is not cool, it would be professional to notify me that my pastry was burnt so I decide to wait for another one or cancel the order. There’s absolutely no reason to put something like this in the bag and hand it to me.

The best service I have ever had at a Starbucks in the last 20 years. Rachel (the barista) pointed out the specials (20% off cold brew with cartwheel) asked about my dietary restrictions when I told her I couldn’t do dairy and offered me choices and combinations to make my drink perfect. And my drink was amazing. Never before has anyone done this and I get my coffee at various Starbucks 2-3 times a week.

I love Starbucks. This one in particular has good people. I usually go through the drive thru and get through pretty quickly. Sometimes if the line is going slow they will comp my drink just to be courteous. This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. If you’re in the neighborhood you should drop by and grab a coffee.
