Staff look as if they need a bath. Speaking clearly and with confidence needs to be taught. Welcoming customers should be practiced. Update (8-22-23) the counter person was nice. No small talk.dining area clean. The front entrance needs pressure washing.

Great people I had problems with my debit card it was my bank’s fault but a employee that took my order she just paid for it herself I was so great full and just couldn’t believe it she so nice helpful I’m sending her $back with a tip thanks best place to eat friendly services I’ll be back for sure thanks young lady and Arby’s employees! Went through the drive thru, was asked to pull up for our food. Waited about 15 minutes. Go inside and they forgotten we were out there. The manager offered me a “cookie” like that was going to fix the issue. Didn’t get any napkins, French fries were sitting under the warmer. Was supposed to have a double beef and cheddar and it looked exactly like my sons single beef and cheddar, barely any meat on it. Very disappointed with Arby’s tonight.

Staff was fast and friendly the inside was nice and clean with freshly wiped tables floor was free of trash and restrooms were cleaned and stocked with everything needed. Some of the fries were a lil cold but everything else was good

It was great to see this Arby’s in Jesup Ga. I enjoyed my small combo Classic Roast Beef sandwich with Curly Fries and a Dr Pepper. The only drink that should go with any Arby’s roast beef sandwich IMO. PS to the owner you’re truly welcome.

Worst hamburger I have ever had the misfortune to eat. And my curly fries were burnt. Also had to tell the lady taking my order 3 times I wanted unsweet tea. However if you go to the Arby’s in hinesville you will be treated well and the food is always good service as well.
