Went in around noon on a Sunday for a thin pepperoni pizza. When I got home and looked I must say that was a beautiful looking pizza. Everything about it was perfect. Tasted great as well. I do not do many reviews unless it was exceptional usually. The lady at the counter was very nice and helped everyone with smiles that I seen.

Employees could be more knowledgeable and more friendly. Our gift card wasn’t working and after 45 minutes of waiting, they offered free cheesy bread! This store needs training on good customer service and how to efficiently do their jobs.

Customer service sucks! Code online didn’t work, tried calling to see if they could manually do the discounted pizza.. nope! Forgot the 2liter soda I called and asked if I could get it another time because I was already 30 minutes away when I realized and was told no. Come on now! I paid for it! Write my name down and put okay to pick up 2L soda is it that dam hard!

Terrible management, the cashier messed up and ordered me a cheese pizza when I asked for a pepperoni. They then said I would have to pay for another pizza because of their mistake instead of refunding me or making me a new pizza. They were rude and not helpful.
