I had carry out. Everything tasted great. Smoked wings, dirty rice and side salad. Smokey bones has some of the best wings. The only reason I gave them a four is because I believe this smokey bones, like many others I’ve been too, is understaffed. It’s a big place. They could hire a few more people. Don’t get me wrong, food was good and the staff was above average. They just need a little more help.

It’s very hit or miss with this place. I’ve had great meals and bad meals. The service is always good. But, the cooking is crazy. One day I get a huge slab of ribs. The next tine, the ribs were so small I sent them back. I even showed them a pic I took of my last slab and they were shocked. But, when the food comes out the way it’s supposed too. Then, it’s great

Terrible slow service. Food mediocre at best. Ordered smoked wings and found that while they were smoked they were also deep fried. I didnt order fried wings I ordered smoked wings. Waitress did say that the wings were fried to bring the wings up to temp. Totally ruined the wings. Would never come back. I would rate as minus 3 stars if I could. A party of 4 and we waited 44 minutes for our food.

I was so looking forward for a few MONTHS to get the time to get out there with working. BUT the SWEET tea wasn’t and the bruswick stew was soup (thin) and they put the sugar in there instead of the tea. The ribs were tough and We will not return. It was VERY disappointing. Spoke to the manager(Joe) and he said that there was management and kitchen changes and policy and all. To me – it was excuses and bad taste. $42.95 wasted.

Over priced dry food. The Rib Combo I ordered consisted of 4 thin bones and 4 wings. a small handful of fries, I do mean a handful. If you ever want to go to a restaurant and want to feel like you’ve been ripped off this is the place.

The host was very rude. She told us the wait was an hour long. So we went outside…We realized the restaurant was empty & decided to go in after waiting 20 mins… & THERE WAS NO WAIT! & the manager did nothing about it!!

Not happy been here many times but service really slow nobody in restaurant at 12:30 on Sunday took forever to get food not happy with portion asked for side of Cole slaw run kidding me! In my opinion with the competition out there your on way out of business was there 2weeks ago couldn’t even get seated and cook came out from back and basically blamed us for not having enough staff !!!!
