Founders Sa Nguyen and Mia Lunt created Soall Viet Kitchen inspired by their love of fresh Vietnamese cuisine and their desire to create community through the sharing of food and culture.
Using only the highest quality fresh herbs & vegetables, and minimal use of oil to make authentic, healthy cuisines. Soall is refreshing Vietnamese traditions with a menu of tasty snacks, a range of delicious banh mi, and a variety of hearty noodles and rice bowls.

This was our first time to Soall. We were delighted. The atmosphere is a bit industrial but it is well lit and there is plenty of space between tables. This is important for larger people like me. Our server, Lily, was so friendly and helpful. We started with the pork ribs and the Shrimp and sweet potato fritters. The latter sounds strange but we were pleasantly surprised. My wife had the Soall bowl with shrimp and caramelized eggplant over Jasmine rice. I had the Pho with beef and vegetables. Both were delicious. We will definitely go back.

First time and our experience was wonderful. Entire staff were very pleasant & so polite. We ordered the vegetable pho and it was perfection! Truly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend the pho soup, best I have ever tasted!!

I really like the food at Soall but the last two times I’ve ordered takeout they’ve forgotten an essential item. First, the noodles and other toppings for pho and then the sauce for egg rolls. I wouldn’t care that much but it’s really expensive so I expect more.

The place is pretty relaxed and fairly quick. Overall the food is pretty tasty. I feel like it’s a little more Americanized version of pho. LOVE their Brussel sprouts and their mango salad.
