Raw pizza. How does that happen? Sausage is still cold like it came out of the refrigerator. Tastes like raw dough. I ordered the pizza with light sauce and it’s literally drowned in sauce. I tried to give this location another chance. Failed horribly.

Do NOT order from this location! I ordered ahead of time for a curbside pickup for 5:00 pm. When I arrived, they said it would take about 10 more minutes. I called again when they said it would be ready and they said they would bring it right out. “Right out” ended up being 45 minutes later… I called multiple times in between trying to be understanding of whatever situation they had going on. Eventually they put me on hold and never picked back up. When the pizza finally came out, one of the pizzas was not what I ordered. I was so frustrated, that I just took it anyway. When I got home, the pizza was severely undercooked and we had to finish cooking it at home. Please spare yourself of the frustration and eat elsewhere!! Management, please read through all of these reviews and make the changes necessary to make this a successful location.

If I could rate below a zero I would have. When I called as a courtesy to inform the store no one would be home to accept or pay for the order the person who I spoke with was RUDE RUDE RUDE. She made excuses. Never apologized when I stated the app tracking provided me with misinformation. She stated this is not her fault. I advise if you must have pizza hut go pick it up. However, just use a competitor.

10.20.22- must have been a busy night for this store. OR if you use your points they decide to only give you partially fixed desserts. Ordered the cinnabon minis it came but no icing. Complete order was not fresh and was barely warm. Very disappointing this is not normal for this store

Ordered pizza here for delivery and the store used door dash instead of a Pizza Hut driver.I didn’t know they were using door dash at the time of placing the order. Had I known I would have never ordered. Door dash delivery is trash. Door dash didn’t even attempt to find my apartment which was clearly marked and apparently gave my pizza to someone else. Will never spend another dime with Pizza Hut. Don’t waste your time ordering here.

Called in to the store to order my pizza and the lady who answered the phone heard people laughing in my background and proceeded to say to me “is this a joke, I hear a lot of laughing in the background”. I told her that I was not joking and she then states “oh I’m sorry, we have been having prank phone calls all morning and I have had to call the sheriff”. This experience was highly inappropriate and unwarranted just because there was laughter in my background. Please address staff for appropriate phone etiquette.
