Good food and quick service. Pretty much everything we have tried has been good. Patty melts are a greasy but awesome. Good fries and ice cream as well. This location has gotten a lot better over time. All the servers we have dealt with have been super polite.

Good place. Good food. Great service. This particular visit the A/C was messed up so it was pretty warm dinning in, but not too bad. Had issues with redeeming a reward and the staff and manager were great with helping getting it resolved. Place was clean too.

The food was tasty although very messy. We used forks and knives to eat our burgers. The key lime shake was very good, but it wasn’t ready until we were halfway through the rest of our meal. The cashier, although nice enough, was completely incapable of correctly taking our order, and even with the help of another person, both bugers were wrong. We did not return them because we didn’t have enough time to go through the process a second time. I would suggest a training program be put in place and have a capable manager on duty to oversee the restaurant conditions.

The larger woman running the front ignored me when I walked up to get my custard. She did seem busy, but at least in California even if staff are busy somewhere they are at least supposed to ask for a moment and acknowledge you are there. She kept walking past me and didn’t say anything. Had to ask the taller skinny guy on his BREAK if he knew what was going on, so he got up and had to basically tell her himself. Kinda a weird experience as far as service. The burger was alright. The custard is really amazing, has a better texture than ice cream and a better older fashioned vanilla flavor. The custard was good enough that if I ever see another Freddie’s I’d stop by, despite the weird service experience.

Ordered dinner through drive thru. Got most of what we ordered. It’s not bad, nothing to write home about aside from the cheese curds. Those little bits of fried heaven were worth the stop. It was our first time there and met most of our expectations. But if you’re hungry, order the double or triple even as the burgers are so thin.

Stick with the burgers and dogs. I ordered chicken strips and they were at least 95% breading, not even positive there was any chicken at all in any of them. Only reason I gave 2 stars is I love their fries.
