The 2 personal pizzas’s were great! I had sausage n mushrooms, mom had sausage n ham. Hot m good. Crunchy crust. Staff very nice. Only minor problems were no condiments and no water. That’s it.

It was easy to place the order online and when I arrived there was no wait because the order was ready as stated in the estimated time. The staff was courteous and I was in and out the location in minutes. The location was nice and clean including the working area which I could see from the counter. Very enjoyable experience and to top it off the food was fresh and pleasing to the eye.

Ordered 2 large stuffed pizzas and side order of pasta. After waiting a hour and a half, called the store. Young female answered and stated yes your order has been sitting here for over 30 minutes for pickup. I stated it was to be delivered, she informed me no it was placed as pick-up. She was VERY rude and stated they could remake it and deliver it and it will be an additional 45-60 minutes because they are busy now. I would think if a large order was sitting there for over 30 minutes, I would call the customer instead of letting all that food, over $50 order, go to waste. I guess it is useless to make an account etc. with them because it’s obvious they don’t check it or anything because if they did, they could see I’ve always ordered same thing and have never picked up, always have it delivered.

Staff member Juan Calderon provided the best service last Friday night, June 12, 2020. We were visiting our hometown of Long Beach, Ca. Juan answered the telephone when we called for dinner and politely answered our many questions, with humor. Our tourist town does not have a Pizza Hut Restaurant so, missing their wonderful pizzas, we called in for a late evening dinner upon arriving in Long Beach. I mentioned to Juan that we were in the area visiting family and was surprised at the new development in the area. Juan shared a few interesting facts about the area and provided some firsthand recommendations on good eating options in the vicinity. He also welcomed us to call their restaurant again in order to try more of Pizza Hut’s tasty options. The food was delivered timely and fresh out of the oven – kudos to Juan again!

I requested contact free pickup for my order of a large pizza, bread sticks, and an extra order of sauce. I found out once I got home that I did not receive the 2nd order of sauce for the bread sticks, but I was charged for it.
