This place is garbage. I have tried to patronize them on 3 separate occasions and each time they disappoint. I don’t eat sausage but I got sausage after being promised a substitute. The potatoes look like mush and their customer service is non existent. I usually drive to the Krab Kings on Watson Road and I will continue to do that. I refuse to give them another dime of my money for this garbage that they serve.

first time experience. the customer service was amazing. the food was delicious. wasnt there long. came in 45 mins before closing and the food was still on point. will be back!!

this was a while ago but they didn’t give me all my food and the food was so bad I think paid 53 and I swear it was $20 worth of food and less with the quality and yes the customer service is trash rude employees and yes you will be waiting for a long time

Restaurant smells unappealing, crab legs were small and overcooked, couldn’t even enjoy them because they don’t come out of the shell. You have to break the shell completely apart and then just eat a stingy version of lump crab meat. Sausage was undercooked and completely whole. Potatoes were sad and mushy and the butter sauce was gritty like sand. And whoever rang me out GAVE HIMSELF A $10 TIP!! And calling to speak to someone is virtually impossible.

I have definitely had better would not recommend we ordered the 58.99 platter and asked for garlic butter sauce it was not good at all please and I mean please do not spend your money here it was DISGUSTING …. Placed the order for the monster platter when they first opened. Left my name for the order, paid in full and said that I’d be back to get it at 3pm. Got there at 3:15 and the food was still not ready. I waited until almost 4 and they brought the food over to me. They asked for my receipt, in which I didn’t think to bring it with me, so I didn’t have it. Even though when I went to the register to let them know I was there to pick the order up, it was no problem and she said it’d be right out. Then I spent another 15 minutes going back and forth about the order EVEN though I gave them the name of the order, described the cashier that took the order, someone verified that I was there that morning to place the order AND I gave the last 4 digits of the card number. Got the food home, it wasn’t the seasoning that I ordered (or it lacked) as well as the potatoes were undercooked and cold. Called the manager and she seemed like the wait time wasn’t that big of a deal and she said she saw me and was there while I was waiting that long for the food but didn’t try to intervene. She did offer a small percentage off my next order and offered for a new pan of potatoes. Which means I would’ve had to drive back 30 minutes.

I usually go to the Jennings location because I’m always satisfied. However on my last 2 occasions I was not happy. I put under special instructions to cut up my sausage. Not only was it not cut up but it was half done..cold and pink. I ordered yesterday with same instructions…informing them that it wasn’t cut up last time to please remember this time. Sausage were done but not cut…potatoes soggy and saturated in grease..a layer of mush. They usually peel shells off shrimp..not this time. Might have to find a different crableg spot.
