The food is amazing depending on which location you visit. If you are ordering fries always ask for them to be well done as they will be much more crispy. Definitely try the habanero cheese as it is absolutely the best thing about skyline. The fountain soda is typically refreshing also. My kids love it too.

I’m not going to knock the restaurant just because I didn’t like the Cincinnati chili. Our server was very friendly, the food came out quick, the place seemed clean and I have nothing bad to say about the restaurant. But I can’t give it 5-stars because I didn’t like the food. Cincinnati Chili is just not for me. But I had to try it at least once and the shredded cheese was good, so there’s that.

Returning back to Cincy and I had to get my Skyline fix. We had a large party of 17 people and they were able to accommodate us and serve us in a rapid manner. I love the hardworking young people that are working hard. Thanks for the nice lunch.

Our Greek salads were good and my pictured Greek salad has extra feta and extra olives with a tall unsweetened tea. This is a tremendous value and a satisfying alternative to chili options if you are trying to be more healthy and walkaway content.

Skyline is à staple in my diet. At feeding time I rarely pass one up. This place however will probably NOT get another visit from me. While the food and waitress were exceptional, The background music was way too loud. Conversation across the table was difficult. A Request to lower the volume was ignored.

Literally the worst customer service I ever experienced. I walked in, and they completely ignored me and continued their conversation. I sat there for a few minutes they literally stared at me – then started fighting over who is going to take care of me and I just got up and walked away. I’m never ever coming back to skyline

Huge thank you to the Skyline and all their employees! From the fantastic waitress, manager, line crew who fed all 20 + of our group in a timely and professional manner! We were on a tight time schedule and I called in ahead of time to let them know we were coming.
