Ordered from them about 10 times in the past month or so five out of those orders were messed up in some way shape or form. The mess up range from pizzas having pepperonis that aren’t supposed to have pepperonis. Non stuffed crust pizzas being ordered but being made as stuffed crust pizzas and charged at stuffed crust pizza prices. Pizza sauce being put on pretzel crust pizza instead of cheese sauce. Also often the pizzas not even completely cut through if even slightly cut through the crust. most of the time I would just eat the mistake and continue on but it’s getting pretty ridiculous there is literally a 50/50 shot of it being messed up! also the pickup time can fluctuate wildly from 20 minutes all the way up to 45 minutes but actually take an hour and 20 minutes after they say 45. On those really long Waits if you pay online they won’t refund your money even though the estimated time is horribly over! so your only option is to order by phone if you want to possibly be able to get a refund if it’s taking too long. which leads into a whole lot of other problems where they can barely hear you on the phone and you can barely hear them. which doesn’t matter too much because they’ll still read you your order back right and still make it wrong. Here recently I’ve just been dealing with the mistakes and eating whatever they give me. Even though it’s not what I ordered because I don’t want to wait around while they make another Pizza. I just said enough is enough and took the pizza back and ask for my money back this time and won’t be going back to this particular location anymore. Stopped going here right when the pandemic hit because the quality of service was dropping greatly. Started giving it a go again here lately to see if it got any better and somehow it managed to get way worse. This place was fantastic when it first opened and did everything the way you would expect it to be but not now. It’s cheap pizza but you should always get what you paid for it and not have so many inconsistencies! Just wish people would take a little pride in their work.

Okay dude straight up this was easily the best Little Caesars I’ve ever been too. Sadly I know the bar isn’t set too high for this pizza chain and I can say thats I’ve had a bunch of bad experience at these restaurants but this one was huge exception that surpassed all expectations! All the pizzas I got looked amazing and tasted even better I was very shocked and completely satisfied I will come back here most definitely again.

It was a busy Friday evening, a guy was in there working all by himself. We ordered 3 classic pepperoni pizzas. Had to pull around to park and wait 15 mins. The guy was nice and said sorry for the wait but we didn’t care bc it was hot and fresh. Felt bad that he was working alone and running pizzas out too.

Every time I had tried to go to the little Ceasers in circleville(which is hardly ever) they have chosen to open 2-4 hours late with no notice. I can never trust the hours to be accurate.
