I enjoyed the food, however being greeted at the drive thru window wearing a hair bonnet is very unprofessional. Not having a menu to look at and was told to come inside they have a menu that defeats the purpose of coming through the drive thru.

The cashier was somewhat friendly. I ordered the $6.99 5pc wing meal and added a piece of fish. The cashier said the fish was really big. I paid and waited. When I got my order, after waiting 15 minutes, my fish was VERY small, dry, and tough. My wings we’re stuck together as if they were fried in a ball. They tasted very old and and not fresh. Some of them still had feathers on them. This whole experience here was absolutely TERRIBLE and the worst $26 I could’ve spent. Makes no sense….. SMH

I came here as a door Dash pick up…only 2 ppl working…the customer’s order had been sitting on the counter getting cold…I had a stacked order so they made his order and remade hers but I would never accept another dash here…they took forever because the cashier is running the front and the drive thru…one cook…she’s frustrated which I get because ppl kept coming to get food…my thing is if you don’t have staff, close the doors because waiting 30 to 45 mins for fast food is ridiculous and the building is an eye sore.

I didn’t even want to give them one star but I had to in order to give my review. This place is horrible and the ceiling is disgusting. The cashier has a horrible attitude and thinks he can talk to you in any way because he’s the manager’s nephew. Then lies and and say your order will be ready in 10-15 min and I waited 30 min and still no order while the drive thru was in and out. Then 5 customers other than myself got their money back because their food wasn’t ready and people were being over charged for items that weren’t supposed to be charged for. Just horrible and nasty. I hope they shut down
