This is a great go-to place for healthy food that will keep you full until your next meal. Their large greens and grains bowls w/ a protein are enough for two meals. The staff is incredibly friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. The tacos are also great, but I suggest two for a regular appetite. You can sit and eat inside (or outside when the weather is nice). They also offer to-go and order pick-up options. You can earn free bowls on the app too!

I love core. As someone that is avid about eating healthy, it’s a wonderful place to eat. I’ve often gone for my post workout meals and it’s convenient being right next to planet fitness. As of today I’m officially done. I was brought through the line quickly and efficiently. I got the warm rice bowl (bbq chicken). Upon looking at how much chicken I got in the bowl I got a total of 7 small chunks and chips of chicken. I paid 12 dollars for that much chicken and rice??? That’s absolutely absurd. It seems everytime the amount of protein becomes less and less. I understand that chicken and steak are expensive meats but that’s simply unacceptable for how much you are charging. Texas road house right next door offers a 6 ounce steak for 12 dollars. My money would have been better off spent there. Do better core, or continue to lose customers due to being greedy.

Update: place has only changed for the better especially as of late. I hadn’t been here in months, and upon arriving the workers were all loading up and freshening the toppings. They look even more quality than before maybe due to there being such a good amount of everything ready to go. In the past you would be more likely without certain options later in the day. >>>> Old Review: One of the only places where I feel like my money is well spent, you get actual food here. Lots of nutrition and can kinda make it your way like add in or keep out certain things. Roasted tofu Sriracha salad is a go to. As well the southwest with purple rice blend and cilantro lime vinegarette. And if you mix all the lemonades they’re better together!

Place has been in new Hartford for qhat seems like 10 years. And I’ve never even thought about eating here. Until today the wife and I wanted salads. Wow. The menu is awesome not only do they have pre made salads and wraps. But you can “build you own” which we did, I got the spicy broccoli and rice salad I can’t even remeber what I out on it but wow it was awesome!! We will be back. Nice fresh ingredients and good size portions! Give em a try you won’t regret it!

This restaurant is a gluten free / food allergy person’s dream come true! We ordered the Chicken Cobb Salad and 2 freshly made lemonades, and they were exquisite. The staff walked us though the concept of the eatery and were even kind enough to offer us free tasting samples. We’ll definitely be back again!

Not too bad. Lots of choices. A little on the expensive side. Example large salad around $10. Tables and floor not clean. Even after being there about 30 minutes no one was cleaning the tables and floor. Large selection of salads and drinks. Worth a trip.

Honestly this place has gone downhill since they first opened. This used to be my favorite spot to go, but now every single time I go the experience gets worse and worse. The workers are in a ceaseless rush, just not attentive at all. They do not care about the cleanliness of the food and their stations. I didn’t even want to eat after I saw how dirty everything was. This is how it is every single time I come here— that’s why I stopped. The food is great, honestly, but food safety and cleanliness is big.
