They refuse to give you any meat. I paid for double portion of meat and guacamole l. they only gave half a scoop and no guac. I consistently get this kind of treatment from chipotle. This franchise has gone down hill and isnt worth wasting time or money on anymore.

Good food but lobby was not clean, and they weren’t busy. Friendly staff, they get 5 stars. Not easy parking. If you use the parking garage bring your ticket in for them to validate, otherwise it’s $4 per hour. Outdoor seating.

I placed an order on the app to be ready at 1:00 PM. The order was not brought out from the back until after 1:20 PM. There was a large horde of people waiting all with the same poor experience. Once I got the food, it was cold, meaning it must’ve been just sitting in the back? If it was ready, why was no one bringing it out? Secondly, I got an order of double chicken, but the portion appeared to be 1/2 of 1 serving. Everything was absolutely subpar and unacceptable. Meanwhile, they had a lot of workers behind the counter so it is unclear what anyone was actually DOING. What a disgrace. I am not returning to this location and I’d like a refund for my overpriced, incorrect, cold, 20+ minute late poor excuse for food.

Female seeving me was rude, gave me steak when I asked for Chicken al pastor, and gave me the skimpiest portions I have ever gotten at a Chipotle. I waited a considerable amount of time just to be treated like trash. On top of that there was no chipotle Tabasco in the dining area and no clean tables. Perhaps Chipotle should consider updating their hiring methods to avoid hiring incapable and incompetent employees in the future. Will definitely recommend to stay away from this location to family and friends.

The food was fine but this place was SUPER dirty inside and on the patio for them not to be busy. Trash on floor everywhere, pretty much ALL the tables were dirty. The drink area was filthy it’s like they didn’t even bother to cleanup at all! Com’on Chipotle you are better than this?

I tried ordering a veggie bowl and veggies were not available. I asked if I could have Queso as a substitute, she added it to my bowl then said, “no, you’ll have to pay extra”. I simply said can it be a substitute? Her reply was, “it doesn’t work that way”. I said ok then, make a new plate. She threw that plate away and made a new one. That was so dumb to me. She whispered something to the cashier and I was like seriously. Y’all aren’t charging me less for not having the veggies. Anyhow, the cashier was like, ” that’s not how it works here, and said “girl bye”. I was shocked so I asked him if he owned the place. He was starting to argue with me. I simply said, just let me pay for my food and get out of here. Thank you! What is chipotle doing hiring these little kids that don’t know how to treat customers?

Had the nerve to forget the chicken in my chicken burrito bowl. I had to dig all around the bowl to make sure because the fillings were sitting a bit low to begin with. I’m in too much pain to go to the restaurant, hence the reason I ordered delivery. My dinner is ruined. I’ll never order from this location again

With this being the closest location to me I always order delivery from here. Tonight,I order my usual of a chicken al pastor bowl with LIGHT red salsa and I paid the 3.25 for guac. I got NO guac and my entire bowl was covered in red salsa so much I couldn’t even enjoy it.
