Haven’t been to this Hardee’s in a while, usually hit the one in Springfield or Joplin when I’m traveling in the area. I happened to be passing through and stopped at the one in Aurora. Didn’t even seem like the same restaurant, as far as food went? The staff was nice, but the food just wasn’t as good as some of the other Hardee’s I’ve eaten at.

Can’t even hear the speaker at the Drive through. The employees mumble, rush you and act like your existence is an inconvenience. They forgot a 7 dollar burger from our order after us waiting 16 minutes for food. I remember when Hardee’s had great service. This one sucks.

Honestly I don’t usually have issues other than ALWAYS getting home with the wrong order, the staff really needs to start paying attention. It’s not like they get enough business to justify the orders constantly being wrong. Foods usually pretty cold and soggy as well.
