Though my drive thru service was extended with a smile, the munchkins I ordered looked as though 4 out of 10 had a bite taken out of them; next, the chicken and roasted vegetable wrap was ice cold in the center. I was utterly disappointed . I just blamed the lack of service on all the chatter going on in the background.

The service here is generally good but sometimes the donuts are not fresh. Check your order before leaving just to do a quick check. I’ve had a few orders that were disappointing. The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and what I expected. Early mornings there can be long lines but it moves quickly. Check your surroundings as well, once someone walked up to the car window (caught me off guard not paying attention)

Food is over cooked, service is slow , I can pull in at 4:15 and still be in line by 4:23 and be the only person in line they don’t come to the window to say wait a second, be right with you, or anything. I come more than enough time to get down the street to my job and every time I leave here I have to rush because of how slow the service is early in the morning. I’m officially going to McDonald’s across the street for my coffee.

This place its the best! Donuts are always fresh. I drive to baltimore everyday from landover,dc and around 295 and when im done i always find an excuse to go to dc at new York ave., to dunkin donut open 24 hours to get donuts for my grandkids for breadfast.

Sharing a business in the same building with a gas station is awful. The dunkin side is to small for the amount of people ordering and waiting for food. The gas station clerks looks sad and have to stare at the dunking side. Mainly the way the building was designed would been better to have there checkouts on opposite sides of the building. The Break sandwich was better than Sausage Egg McMuffin. And I love those.

The employees here are racist. This DD is closest to my job which is why I come but I will start going 10 mins out of my way to go to another one. Every time I go I notice I don’t receive the same customer service as others do. They leave the counter mid order and take forever to come back. Today 9/29 Is national coffee day and they claimed I couldn’t get my free coffee because I didn’t have the reward. When the only requirement is making a purchase. Please do yourself a favor and go where your business is appreciated.
