I’ve personally had more problems with the staff here than any other Arby’s around. It doesn’t matter whether I’m in the drive through or not. There is an older woman that works the front counters during the morning shifts and she is the rudest by far. Always snarky, hates to be asked anything. It’s almost as if customers are her biggest inconvenience.

My son is a manager with Arby’s in another state, that being said I was seriously disappointed Ted with my visit. The whole dining area was filthy with sticky floors and tables, food was cold. However, because of what I got, it was still ok.

Its a fast-food joint, so that’s what you’re getting. Good sandwiches and fries. I’m still upset that they took away the chocolate turnover, but the apple is still REALLY good, lol.

The food tasted good but i am surprised you have any repeat customers with such a rude old woman working at the front. She is the first thing people see when they come to your establishment and that isn’t good. She should never be allowed anywhere near the public as several others here feel. All I can figure is she must be related to someone at the top.
